Translational Advances in Cancer Prevention Agent Development (TACPAD) – 4th Biennial Virtual Meeting

This biennial meeting brings together leading basic, translational, and clinical researchers to advance the development of cancer prevention and interception strategies. The program highlights emerging immunoprevention and chemoprevention agents, innovative preclinical and clinical research, biomarker development, and prevention clinical trials while fostering collaboration and accelerating the translation of promising prevention concepts into clinical practice.

Key information

  • Day 1: Monday, September 28, 2026 - 11:00am EDT to 4:30pm EDT
  • Day 2: Tuesday, September 29, 2026 - 11:00am EDT to 5:00pm EDT

  • Location: VIrtual

Meeting Objectives

The main goals of the meeting are to:

  1. Foster the exchange of ideas and potentially new collaborative interactions among leading cancer prevention/interception researchers from basic and clinical research,
  2. Highlight new and emerging trends in the clinical and preclinical space impacting the development of immunoprevention and chemoprevention agents, and
  3. Promote prevention agent development and rapid translation to clinical trials and engage cancer researchers with novel prevention concepts.
