Intellectual Property Option for Collaborators
Intellectual Property options are a contractual agreement between NCI and a collaborating company that grants the company certain rights to new inventions generated during the conduct of the study within a specific timeframe. NCI provides the company with a promise to a future license (no upfront right) depending on the company’s ability to meet specific statutory requirements.
